What is Footy Rankle?
Footy Rankle is a free daily football stats game. Every day at midnight London time, a fresh puzzle appears in each of our three modes: Classic, where you rank the greatest footballers in world history; Premier League, built around the league's past and present stars; and Clubs, which pits Europe's biggest teams against each other. In every mode you see one name at a time and choose which of six stat categories to place it in. Each placement scores that entry's real-world ranking in that stat — so a superstar in their signature category costs almost nothing, while the same pick in a category they never led could cost you dearly. Anything outside the top 100 counts as 100+. Like golf, the lowest total wins, and placements lock the moment you make them. One play per game per day keeps things fair and gives you three fresh challenges every morning. There is nothing to download and no account to create — just open the site and play.
